How do I begin the process of creating my Web site?
- Complete the Web site form in the program booklet provided by your sales representative. If you did not receive this sheet from your representative, you may download it from the Marketing Tools page.
- Original photos can be submitted. We will scan the photos and return them to you once the site is complete. Digital photos should be submitted in a .jpg or .tiff format, at least 650 pixels wide (regardless of height) at 72 dpi.
- Submit the form, along with your photos and logo, to:

How long will it take to develop my Web site?
- Once Miller Davis receives and processes all your information, your Web site will be developed and live on the Internet within three weeks.
Can I add my own pictures to my Web site?
- Yes. You can add pictures using the administration area of your Web site, or send them to Info@MyLandscapeMarketing.com.If sending via e-mail, please be sure to include your company contact information in the message.
- Additional charges apply for adding pictures over the base amount.
- The base amount of pictures for an on-demand Web site is 20. Please note that removing existing pictures does not change the price of adding pictures.
If I submit original photographs, will I get them back?
- Yes. We will return the photos to you via UPS Ground once we complete the site. Please make sure to include the address you would like the photos shipped to inside the package in which you send them.
Is it OK if I have already registered a domain name on my own?
- Yes. However, you will need to point your domain name to our server so we can host it. Since we did not register the domain, we do not have access to the account and cannot be responsible for making this transition for you. This process generally takes 24 hours to 72 hours to complete with your registrar. This will allow your domain name to be hosted by the MyLandscapeMarketing.com program.
- Also, please note that unless your domain name is transferred to Miller Davis’ registrar account, we will not be responsible for renewing the domain name as its expiration date approaches.

What happens at the end of my hosting term?
- Your sales representative will contact you to renew your agreement. Once your agreement has expired, your Web site will be de-activated. The site will remain in this status until your renewal agreement has been received and approved by Horizon.
Does my Web site have to be hosted by the MyLandscapeMarketing.com program?
- If you order an On-Demand Web site, it must be hosted on the MyLandscapeMarketing.com program.
- If you have an existing site you would like to keep instead of ordering an On-Demand site, we only perform work on Web sites that are hosted by the MyLandscapeMarketing.com program. If you only desire a hot link on the interactive YardBuilder Program, you are not required to host your site with the program. However, if you desire upgrades to your site, the site MUST be hosted by MyLandscapeMarketing.com.
Can you set up an e-mail address for my company?
- Yes. If we host your domain name (Web address), we can set up an e-mail address for your company. For more details, see our E-mail Account Setup section.
Who do I contact to make changes to my Web site?
- Call 1.866.481.YARD for direction regarding making any changes or corrections on your Web site.

- Miller Davis is a full-service marketing firm and partner of Horizon. Miller Davis manages the MyLandscapeMarketing Program. The company’s experienced representatives can assist you with all your needs.
